These Terms of Service govern your use of Henri, operated by Spencer (sole proprietor, British Columbia, Canada). By signing up, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Henri is a food cost management tool that parses invoices, tracks ingredient prices, and provides cost alerts for restaurant operators.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. You must provide accurate information at signup.
3. Payment
Henri is a subscription service billed at $100 CAD/month. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months.
4. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload to Henri, including invoices and ingredient information. We do not sell your data to third parties.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Henri, attempt to reverse engineer the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime or service interruptions.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
Henri is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of any material changes.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
